When checking in don’t be abrupt and make someone feel like they shouldn’t be there! 7:50pm Wednesday 12th August 2021 Whilst in surgery room both nurses very rude and seemed agitated when describing my symptoms and pain, to which they said it’s probably nothing, now I’m being hospitalised for cellulitis..

Take time to review patient even if it’s 10mins to you due to finish

I have not been diagnosed with any of these coditions apart from recently..pre diabetes..and a slight calcium increase...of both which are awaiting appointments..

All the attention i have received from the hospital BVH..and aftercare with NHS carers and household help..and virtual physio..have been excellent..so pleased and happy with everything..thank you..

I gave my answers to all questions ..my care has been brilliant..and the help and support on one to one on a personal level has been reasurring..so sad these visits had to end..they started off as strangers...but soon become a friend....i have praised them all to my family and friends..NHS...yes yes yes....

At this moment in time...i have no negative comments to make...everyone made my recovery easy to manage...thank you all..

Hubby attended the clinic for dressing of a wound that prior to this visit had been carried out at Preston hospital. He was treated by Shirley, she was most helpful and he came out having understood what she had done. He was seen at the right time, no waiting and would be happy and confident to visit here again for his dressing.

Very good service I was kept informed of all that was happening to me and what the treatment was for and all of the staff were exceptional

The staff member that I saw was very friendly and did her job well which made my visit very comfortable. She also said after I had my stitches out, that if anything bothering me to get in touch. There is nothing she could of done any better.
